1. Coverage

We currently ship across Egypt. Delivery to the UAE and Oman is available for selected orders; please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.

2. Shipping Fees

A flat shipping rate of 30 EGP applies to orders within Egypt. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions will be shown at checkout.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your governorate. You will be contacted to confirm your order before dispatch.

4. Payment on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across Egypt. You may also pay securely by credit or debit card at checkout.
