Refund & Return Policy
At ROVYMEDX, your satisfaction and safety are our priority. This policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund for products purchased on rovymedx.net.
1. Eligibility
Because our products are dietary supplements, dermo-cosmetics and health formulations, we can only accept returns of items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
3. Refund Timeframe & Method
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Card payments are refunded to the original card through our payment provider. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer or an agreed alternative method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Opened supplements, bundles that have been partially used, and shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
